Job Description

You’ll own the onboarding of partners, ensuring flawless execution of partnership paperwork, streamlining internal processes for reporting to regulators, and overseeing all partnership-related processes to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Experience handling documents for licenses, partnerships, and internal processes. You should have a proven track record of ensuring all paperwork related to licensing applications, partnerships, and internal procedures is accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with license applications. You will need experience in conducting routine reports and submissions, monitoring the status of licenses, and ensuring all documents meet regulatory standards.
  • Experience in managing and organizing complex paperwork. You should be skilled in owning the documentation process and ensuring that all steps are followed and documents are properly stored, updated, and tracked.
  • Exceptional attention to detail. You should be able to manage large volumes of documents, ensuring they are accurate, well-organized, and easily retrievable.
  • Business-level fluency in English, both spoken and written. You must have strong communication skills to handle regulatory documents and interact with partners, banks, and regulators.
  • Experience in onboarding partners. You should have experience ensuring that the onboarding process for partners is smooth, efficient, and aligned with internal processes.
  • Experience in designing or reviewing operational processes. You’ll need experience in designing or reviewing processes, particularly around partner onboarding, to ensure they are efficient and scalable.

What you will own;

  • Documentation and Compliance – Own the process of managing documents for licenses, partnerships, and internal procedures, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in submissions.
  • Licensing and Regulatory Compliance – Manage the licensing process, ensuring regulatory compliance and conducting routine reports and submissions, while collaborating with consultants and regulators.
  • Operational Efficiency – Organize and track large volumes of documents, ensuring that all internal processes, including partner onboarding, run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Partner Onboarding – Own the onboarding process for partners, ensuring it is seamless, efficient, and aligned with internal processes and scalability.
  • Operational Excellence – Troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and ensure smooth execution across the operational spectrum. You will be the Rafiki point of contact in Tanzania, where you’ll be based, ensuring the local operations run smoothly.
  • Additional Tasks – Take ownership of other tasks that will come up under the country management function, adapting to new challenges and responsibilities as they arise.
