Job Description
Simera Transport Limited are looking for a dedicated and experienced Workshop Foreman to join our team! If you have strong leadership skills and expertise in managing workshop operations, we want to hear from you.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in [relevant field, e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology] preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a workshop environment and mechanic environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Trucks [specific systems, machinery, or vehicles relevant to the industry.
- Good understanding of Chinese trucks and knowledge of spares.
- Team leader or leadership education
- Previous experience in automotive industry/workshop environment
- Proficiency in [specific software, e.g., MS Office, SAP, workshop management systems].
- Drivers licence. Note that certain test drives require specific license
Salary Range:
- Basic Pay Range - 1,300,000 tsh - 1,500,000 tsh
