Toyota Tanzania Ltd is hiring a Workshop Lead to join our team in Mbeya!
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering and at least 5 years’ experience managing an automotive workshop.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle service, repairs, warranties, and workshop operations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and able to drive both light and heavy vehicles.
