Position: Zonal Director Coast South Zone
Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years in sales.
• Understanding of telecommunications operations environment is key.

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor, motivate, and supervise daily work of commercial, technical, and sales managers and staff.
• Develop and execute marketing programs and sponsorships in collaboration with the Marketing team to grow the Yas brand in the region.
• Ensure business operations adhere to the highest standards, aligning with the organization’s mission and values.
• Set objectives in line with business goals and ensure appraisals are conducted by managers.
• Own business KPI metrics and manage the distribution channel ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance with legal and statutory Health and Safety requirements.
• Build communication links with local authorities.
• Expand the subscriber base beyond its significant current numbers.
• Manage the region’s annual business planning process and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
