Operations Manager at Wakulima Agri-Food Company Ltd

This full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager is located in the Mwanza Region, Tanzania. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining quality control. They will also develop and implement operational policies, coordinate between departments, monitor production schedules, and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Additionally, the Operations Manager will handle resource allocation, optimize processes, and provide leadership to enhance overall productivity.
