Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Ticketing Officer based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Air Ticketing Officer will be responsible for managing ticket sales, making reservations, handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes tasks such as processing payments, updating reservation systems, and ensuring accurate ticket issuance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Ticket Sales and Reservations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling ticketing processes
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field is beneficial
