Key Outputs
- Ensure daily interaction and communications with in-house guests so to lead and develop a guest-centric hospitality culture
- Ensuring all organizational requirements around delivering an andBeyond guest experience at
Klein's Camp is planned for and executed daily
- Ensure our brand standards are always maintained in all areas that make up the guest experience
- Represent the andBeyond brand in appearance and behavior
- Create an environment where the company culture is fostered
- Ensure that our culture of rewarding and recognizing staff is followed through all levels of the lodge
- Support to the Lodge Manager -In setting and executing on all operational plans and strategies to be determined for the lodge
- Ensure that controls and systems are in place to ensure the sustainability of the business as well as conserving our resources
- Ensure the &Beyond Hospitality DNA is known by all
- Relief for the Lodge Manger when on leave
- Hosting alternative nights
- Taking the lead on groups
- Form part of the management team, be reliable and lead by example
- Assist in maintaining a good working relationship with the government bodies
- Assist in placing and monitoring all lodge operational stock orders
Qualifications & Experience Required
- At least 4 years' relevant management experience in a 5 star establishment
- Lodge Operations Experience
- Any relevant qualifications would be an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English (other languages an advantage)

- Good knowledge of hospitality operations including butler service, housekeeping and laundry
