Key Outputs

• Ensure daily interaction and communications with in-house guests so to lead and develop a guest-centric hospitality culture
• Ensuring all organizational requirements around delivering an andBeyond guest experience at

Klein's Camp is planned for and executed daily

• Ensure our brand standards are always maintained in all areas that make up the guest experience
• Represent the andBeyond brand in appearance and behavior
• Create an environment where the company culture is fostered
• Ensure that our culture of rewarding and recognizing staff is followed through all levels of the lodge
• Support to the Lodge Manager -In setting and executing on all operational plans and strategies to be determined for the lodge
• Ensure that controls and systems are in place to ensure the sustainability of the business as well as conserving our resources
• Ensure the &Beyond Hospitality DNA is known by all
• Relief for the Lodge Manger when on leave
• Hosting alternative nights
• Taking the lead on groups
• Form part of the management team, be reliable and lead by example
• Assist in maintaining a good working relationship with the government bodies
• Assist in placing and monitoring all lodge operational stock orders

Qualifications & Experience Required

• At least 4 years' relevant management experience in a 5 star establishment
• Lodge Operations Experience
• Any relevant qualifications would be an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English (other languages an advantage)
