Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Security Manager located in Zanzibar North, Tanzania. The Assistant Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of physical security, managing security personnel and operations, and ensuring the safety of guests and staff. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing security measures, implementing information security protocols, ensuring cybersecurity practices, and coordinating network security strategies. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to maintain a secure environment that aligns with the company’s standards and regulations.

• Network Security knowledge and experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications in security management are beneficial
