Description
- Support delivery of the small cassava seed packs to farmers
- Provide agronomic knowledge to the recipient of small cassava seed packs
- Monitoring field performance to provide advice on field management
- Collect data, analysis and report writing
- Perform any other activities as assigned by the coordinator.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Advanced Diploma in Agriculture.
- 5 Years’ field experience
- Working with little or no supervision
- Active engagement skills with rural Communities
- Knowledgeable on cassava production and seed system
- Gender integration skills in rural community activities
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools
- Active learning and good writing skills
