Planning & Development Engineer II – 22 Posts at Air Tanzania (ATCL)

The ideal candidate must be a holder of Bachelor Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution. The candidate Must have a knowledge in Aircraft Systems or Workshop.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning aircraft check dates according to check intervals and aircraft utilization,
• Assist in preparing check packages for aircraft,
• Assist in compiling and updating aircraft maintenance and component life,
• Assist in preparation and issuing of daily May Fly, showing aircraft movement and their details,
• Assist in Aircraft Maintenance Program and Reliability Program management,
• Assist in Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins management,
• Assist in implementation of Engineering policy regarding aircraft standards, methods and practices to maintain aircraft airworthiness,
• Assist in developing and design modifications to structure, power plants, landing gears components and systems,
• Assist in conducting periodic salvage investigation,
• Performing any other official duties as may be assigned by your supervisor

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Specified contract with attractive remuneration and fringe benefits as per ATCL Salary Structure and Incentive Scheme.
