Job Description
Location: Masaki Branch, Dar es Salaam
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations, drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure excellent service at our branch in Masaki, Dar es Salaam.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow branch sales and customer base.
- Manage customer relationships and retention.
- Achieve branch business targets.
- Supervise and coach branch staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage branch portfolio and cross-selling.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Oversee risk management and audit actions.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Coordinate branch administration and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience as a Branch Manager.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Business development and marketing skills.
