Job Description

Key Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Promote personal loan products to employees of partner organizations.
  • Identify prospective clients from partner organizations for onboarding to the Bank.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines and procedures for account opening.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit them to the responsible Bank Officer to enable timely payment of commissions.
  • Achieve sales targets as set by the Bank.
  • Represent the Bank as the first point of contact in the assigned market and relay customer inquiries, complaints, or market feedback to the designated Bank Officer.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with the Bank’s code of conduct and relevant laws.

Risk Management:

  • Ensure effective adoption and utilization of risk management tools.
  • Drive remediation of risk management exceptions identified during audit or risk reviews.
  • Promote risk management culture.

Academic / Professional Qualifications

Working Experience Required

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Sales in banking industry is an added advantage.
