Loan Officer at Epikaizo Microfinance

Loan Officer (Location: Dar es Salaam)

Duties Include:

• Marketing: Promoting loan products to potential customers and maintaining client relationships.
• Loan Processing: Evaluating loan applications, verifying documents, and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Risk Assessment: Analyzing creditworthiness and potential risks associated with lending decisions.
• Loan Recovery: Implementing effective strategies to ensure timely loan repayments and managing delinquent accounts.
• Reporting: Preparing detailed financial reports, monitoring loan portfolio performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
