Job Summary
Drive sustainable revenue growth by delivering innovative and client-focused cash management solutions that optimize liquidity, improve operational efficiency, and enhance value for corporate clients. Build and deepen strategic relationships with key clients by understanding their evolving business needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership.
Maintain rigorous standards of risk management, internal controls, and operational excellence by ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and audit standards. Proactively identify and mitigate risks while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Actively contribute to the strategic development and positioning of Cash Management within Corporate & Investment Banking by identifying market opportunities, driving product innovation, and enhancing competitive advantage. Collaborate across internal functions and external partners to deliver integrated solutions, strengthen service delivery, and support the bank’s overall growth and profitability objectives.
Job Description
- Sales & Client Management (70%)
Objective: Drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and product penetration across corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets for cash management products.
- Deliver tailored cash management solutions that enhance client efficiency and satisfaction.
- Drive cash management cross-selling and product utilization across the assigned client portfolio.
- Maintain continuous pipeline management for cash management prospects, ensuring timely identification and conversion of new opportunities.
- Ensure consistent growth in transaction volumes, balances, and cash management fee income from corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for cash management needs.
- Execute the business unit strategy with clear, actionable plans aligned to targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless product delivery and service execution.
- Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and results.
- Portfolio & Business Management (20%)
Objective: Grow and manage a high-quality, profitable client portfolio while ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and onboard new corporate clients aligned to target segments.
- Manage and grow client account balances (current accounts, deposits/FDRs).
- Maintain structured product plans, identifying high-value and priority clients.
- Ensure portfolio growth, retention, and profitability through proactive engagement.
- Monitor service delivery and SLA performance, addressing any gaps promptly.
- Conduct performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and client experience.
- Risk, Compliance & Governance (10%)
Objective: Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all risk management policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain portfolio quality in line with internal risk guidelines.
- Identify, escalate, and record risk and loss events (including operational errors or fraud).
- Support audit processes by providing accurate and timely information.
- Implement and close out audit findings in collaboration with the Head of Cash Management.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, policies, and governance standards.
Education
Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Economic and or degree in banking or Business IT.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business IT, or a related field.

Minimum Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Corporate Banking and Cash Management solutions.
- Proven experience in structuring cash management mandates for corporate clients.
- Solid exposure to client relationship management within a banking environment.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in Cash Management within Corporate or Investment Banking.
- Demonstrated track record in sales, business development, and service delivery.
- Experience managing corporate client portfolios and delivering revenue growth.
