Job Description
General:
- Job Title: Manager Ecosystem
- Department: Ecosystem & Digital Lending
- Number of Vacancies: 1
- Basic Purpose: To drive and implement Ecosystem banking solutions in the distribution ecosystems industry and position the bank as the first and most efficient financial institution offering this solution. The role also involves linking Retail, MSMEs, and Corporates to effective and affordable banking solutions, and driving liabilities and assets for the bank. Other duties include driving the branches' Ecosystem portfolio for business banking, and ecosystem deposit mobilization, customer onboarding, and portfolio growth. The manager will also support the senior manager with day-to-day functions, particularly product development.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiate, recruit, and build strong business relationships with the Anchors Ecosystem (suppliers, distribution, and other stakeholders).
- Mobilize liabilities and increase retention in line with annual Ecosystem targets through distributor, suppliers, and their ecosystem collections.
- Ensure accurate capture of deposits from all customers under the Ecosystem.
- Continuously review and implement customer and business feedback to improve the product.
- Provide business linkages to segments, tracking their weekly performance and growth.
- Conduct market research and develop new products or improve existing ones.
- Prepare weekly reports on performance and business trends for internal management through interactive management dashboards.
- Cross-sell other bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Grow asset and liability portfolios.
- Engage potential MSME Relationship Managers at the branches and develop initiatives to support deposit mobilization and asset growth.
- Identify, initiate, and negotiate MSME business opportunities with new and existing clients to grow the business portfolio, deposits, interest, and non-interest income in line with annual targets.
- Assess, analyze, and underwrite customer credit applications to ensure credit is granted in line with the credit policy, procedures, and manual.
- Onboard Anchors, create, and optimize value chains to business actualization.
Relationship management:
- Manage and enhance existing business relationships to ensure customer retention.
- Assist and support Relationship Officers and Business Development & Growth Managers with specific client relationships, complaints, and general feedback.
- Cross-sell additional bank solutions to existing clients (both borrowers and non-borrowers).
- Advise and train potential and existing customers to empower them with knowledge to manage their businesses and become good clients of the bank.
- Liaise and build rapport with various stakeholders, such as clients, government institutions, and other financial institutions, to represent and safeguard the bank's interests and image.
