Job Description
The Manager of HR Operations, Governance & Analytics will oversee the HR operational processes, ensure compliance with governance standards, and leverage analytics to drive informed decision-making within the Human Resources function. This role will be key in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the strategic goals of the organization through effective HR management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with best practices
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
- Utilize HR analytics tools and techniques to analyze workforce data, generating insights that support strategic HR initiatives
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop strategies that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention
- Prepare and present analytical reports on key HR metrics to inform management decisions
- Lead the development and execution of initiatives that enhance HR operational effectiveness
- Support internal and external audits related to HR practices and compliance
- Provide training and guidance to HR personnel on governance and analytics best practices
Requirements
Academic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications in HR or relevant fields (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) will be an advantage
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, governance, or analytics roles, preferably within the financial services industry
- Proven track record in managing complex HR processes and compliance standards
- Experience in utilizing HR analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR functions
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across various levels of the organization
- Knowledge of HR best practices, governance frameworks, and employment laws
