To support data-driven marketing performance measurement, campaign analytics, pricing impact tracking, and governance processes to ensure optimal marketing investment, improved customer value outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across all marketing initiatives

Job Purpose

Principle Responsibilities

1. Marketing Performance & Impact Analytics

  • Analyse campaign, product, and acquisition performance to identify optimization opportunities
  • Produce actionable insights to improve targeting, conversion, and customer lifetime value
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports for management and governance forums
  • Track marketing KPIs versus budget utilization and delivery plans

2. Customer Value & CVM Analytical Support

  • Support in customer segmentation and lifecycle performance analysis
  • Track CVM campaign results including activation, reactivation, retention, and value growth
  • Measure revenue impact, churn reduction, and product usage improvements

3. Pricing & Revenue Performance

  • Analyse performance of pricing changes and product initiatives
  • Prepare pricing impact assessments and post-implementation reviews
  • Monitor volume, revenue, and profitability trends

4. Market & Competitor Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor campaigns, pricing movements, and product offers
  • Conduct targeted surveys and campaign performance surveys
  • Translate market insights into actionable growth opportunities

5. Process, Governance & Risk Enablement

  • Maintain marketing governance trackers including approvals, budgets, and performance documentation
  • Support Risk, Compliance, Audit and regulatory reporting with accurate data
  • Track vendor spend, campaign costs, and budget utilization
  • Monitor adherence to workflows, SLAs, and control standards
  • Support automation and continuous improvement of reporting tools
  • Develop guidelines, policies and processes to support and ensure compliance and minimize operational risks

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to: Senior Manager Customer Value Management and Marketing Operations

 CHALLENGES TO THE MARKETING OFFICER-PERFORMANCE &MARKETING OPERATIONS.

  • Managing multiple campaigns and performance reports in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting across systems
  • Supporting compliance while meeting commercial objectives
  • Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Digital, ICT, Finance, Risk)
  • Maintaining strong governance discipline in high-volume operations

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, business performance reporting, and customer insights
  • Experience in campaign performance tracking, budget monitoring, and ROI analysis
  • Experience conducting and analysing market surveys and customer feedback initiatives.
  • Experience working in regulated or high-governance environments (e.g., banking, financial services, telecoms
