Job Description
Maximizing the bank's retail business by effectively managing and growing a portfolio of retail clients. The role involves developing deep relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored banking solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail banking clients
- Identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the retail banking division
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or complaints promptly
- Assist clients with account openings, loans, and other banking products
- Attend client meetings and networking events to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and client feedback to management
Requirements
Academic Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail banking or financial services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
Skills / Specialized Know How:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify and analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
