- Acquire and grow MSME customer relationships.
- Drive Biashara+ account acquisition.
- Mobilize deposits.
- Identify lending opportunities.
- Cross-sell banking products and services.
- Conduct regular client visits.
- Achieve agreed sales and portfolio growth targets.
