Job Description
Building and maintaining strong relationships with individual customers while delivering exceptional service and promoting the bank's retail products and services. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, providing personalized banking solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new retail banking opportunities to increase market share
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding various banking products, including savings accounts, loans, and investment options
- Assist customers with account openings, transactions, and inquiries to enhance their banking experience
- Monitor customer accounts and provide support in managing credit facilities and repayments
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the retail banking team
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Prepare and deliver reports on customer interactions and sales achievements to management
- Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to elevate the bank's visibility and attract new customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in retail banking or customer service role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong understanding of banking products and services
- Proficient in customer service and relationship management techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
