Job Purpose

The Senior Manager, Corporate Banking is responsible for driving growth and proactive management of the corporate credit and liabilities portfolio. The role focuses on business expansion, relationship management, revenue growth, and ensuring sustainable profitability within the corporate banking segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve business targets related to assets, liabilities, revenue, costs, and customer acquisition.
• Market the ACB brand and strengthen competitiveness in the corporate banking sector.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the corporate customer base.
• Ensure the corporate banking segment delivers efficient, profitable, and sustainable growth.
• Deliver high quality service to corporate clients and optimize cross business synergies.
• Develop and execute market strategies to grow wholesale and corporate banking portfolios.
• Design and implement commercial and tactical business plans aligned with bank objectives.
• Cross sell banking products and services to corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to maximize acquisition, retention, and income generation.
• Ensure high quality customer onboarding experience for corporate clients.
• Maintain regular client engagement through structured visits and communication plans.
• Act as the main interface between the bank and high value corporate clients.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Relevant experience in Corporate Banking.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
• Strong credit analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience in structured trade finance, syndications, and project financing is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in corporate client relationship management and sales.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and product matching.
• Ability to work under deadlines with strong time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with leadership capabilities.
