Job Description

The Senior Manager, Product - Trade Finance & Working Capital Management is a leadership role within Stanbic Bank Tanzania’s Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Transaction Banking division. This position is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for our trade finance and working capital products to drive significant growth and revenue.

You will be the key product champion for all trade and working capital solutions, including letters of credit, guarantees, supply chain finance, and invoice discounting. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to ensure our product offerings are relevant and market leading. You will also be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, shaping product offerings, and collaborating with sales and other internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to a diverse client base in Tanzania and across key economic corridors.

This role is a unique blend of product management, strategy, and business development. You will be accountable for achieving financial targets, managing product-related risks, and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the Transaction Banking business.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is strongly preferred.
