Job Purpose:
Strategic bridge between the Transaction Banking business and the ICT function, ensuring seamless alignment of digital solutions with business needs. Focuses on implementation and post-implementation support, change management, user adoption as well as analytics to maximize the value of digital investments. This includes supporting continuous improvement of Transaction Banking channels, enhancing client experience and leveraging data insights to inform product and operational optimization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Key liaison between Transaction Banking and ICT for all digital initiatives, ensuring alignment of business requirements with technical capabilities.
- Oversee post implementation stabilization as well as enhancement of digital platforms including host to host solutions and API integrations.
- Translate user feedback and operational insights into system improvements and enhancement roadmaps.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital channels with operational processes and the bank's system architecture.
Change management & User Adoption
- Lead Change Management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new digital tools across internal teams and client segments.
- Collaborate with relevant support functions to develop and execute training, communication and engagement programs for both staff and clients.
- Work with ICT and Operations to ensure smooth transition from project to business as usual (BAU) mode.
- Monitor adoption metrics, identify resistance points and drive interventions to improve user engagement and efficiency.
Digital Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and maintain analytics frameworks to measure performance, adoption and utilization of digital solutions.
- Provide data-driven insights and dashboards to guide business strategy, client engagement and platform enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization and data-led decision making.
- Benchmark platform capabilities against industry trends and client needs to ensure competitiveness.
- Promote a culture of digital excellence and continuous improvement within Transaction Banking.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance
- Coordinate with ICT, Operations Risk and Compliance teams to ensure timely delivery and risk controlled execution of digital initiatives.
- Maintain adherence to governance frameworks for issue escalation, change requests and platform enhancement priorities.
- Manage vendor and system integrator relationships for post-go-live support and upgrades.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Transaction Banking solutions, change management, user adoption, analytics-based improvement programs and data visualization/analytics tools.
- Strong business technology integration skills.
- Analytic mindset with the ability to interpret and present digital adoption metrics.

- Problem solving orientation and results driven mindset
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance or related fields.
- Master's degree in business studies is an added advantage.
- Postgraduate education in Banking and/or Banking certification(s) is an added advantage.
- 5 years' banking experience working in Transaction Banking, Digital Channels or ICT project management roles with proven track record of leadership experience in medium to large organizations.
