Responsibilities

Analytical Inputs, Business Trends, Transaction Patterns 

• Collect & analyze day-to-day business data for effective decision making. Regularly update with the business insights

Strategy, Business Project & Promotion Planning 

• Provide input as required and implement the strategy on specific projects and initiatives. May also be required to perform a supportive role in different phases of strategy development
• Assist in creation of strategies and promotional plans in close coordination with cross segment teams
• Organize & drive cross functional/ business projects, contribute to the business planning and help to translate plans into detailed initiatives. By working seamlessly across businesses and hierarchy 
  levels

Performance Analysis & Monitoring

• Closely monitor the performance of business unit by deep diving into customers’ transactions, revenue and financial data and keep track of the progress. Alert relevant stake holders

Fraud & Risk Management

• Timely analysis and filling of possible loopholes in the system to eliminate fraud

BI & Data Management 

• Keep custody of all vital information and Data for Airtel Money, facilitate all stake holders with appropriate and relevant information

Deliver the goals set for back-office administration of the retail trade and business partners

• Develop and implement daily routines for back-office administration of the retail trade
• Track retail trade performance and administer commissions and or incentives and payments to retail trade
• Track business partner’s performance and ensure follow up of payments due to airtel money are realized within required timelines
• Develop process and procedures to ensure efficient management of retail operations
• Oversee second level support for retail trade partners
• Track and maintain records for applications and other documents for retail trade partners

Oversee development and implementation of products and services for mobile commerce 

• Propose and populate specification documents for product enhancements
• Coordinate and Conduct UATs for new services and product enhancements and attain sign off for the same
• Coordinate implementation of new services and product enhancements by development partners 
  and local technical support

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business-related field
• Excellent knowledge of accounting functional areas. 

Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years) 

• Experience in handling large database and data interpretation skills
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Familiar with Financial Statements/ P&L
• Project & Program management skills Ability to work seamlessly across businesses and hierarchy levels
• Good organizational and interpersonal
