Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our HR team as an Assistant HR Business Partner. In this role, you will provide critical support to the HR Business Partner in delivering a wide range of HR programs and initiatives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leaders, to address HR-related needs, drive organizational growth, and foster a positive work culture.
Responsibilities:
Support the HR Business Partner in managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
Help drive talent management initiatives, such as talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development programs.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute effective employee engagement strategies, including surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Assist in analyzing HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion, employee wellness, and learning and development.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Contribute to HR projects, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
Stay informed about current HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Previous experience in an HR-related role, such as HR Coordinator or HR Assistant, is preferred.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence others.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
