QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in:
  • Computer
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Telecom Engineering
  • Or related areas
• MBA or Master’s in Science is an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years’ experience in network operations.
• Knowledgeable with Network Management Systems for network monitoring.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• B2B Operations Management: Lead and oversee B2B network operations and maintenance to ensure service availability, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Network Performance & Incident Management: Monitor network performance, manage incidents, and drive timely resolution of faults to minimize customer impact.
• Change & Service Assurance: Govern network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities to ensure service continuity and risk mitigation.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure SLA compliance and effective service delivery.
• Operational Governance & Reporting: Deliver operational reports, KPI tracking, risk assessments, and performance reviews to support business decisions.
• Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Lead, develop, and coach the operations team while driving process improvements, security compliance, and technology adoption.
