Job Brief
As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on originating high-quality customers to join the Company network. You will build close relationships with Brands like Coca Cola, Diageo, TBL, and others. You will work with FMCG resellers to showcase the benefits of accessing financing and software Specifically:
- Deal Origination: Independently originate, negotiate, and sign high-quality Manage a sales pipeline, ensure accurate sales forecasts, and identify strategic priorities to achieve revenue goals.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with FMCG resellers.
- Market Development: Develop the market by building relationships with Regional Sales Managers at category-leading brands positioning the benefits of the company for
- Market Intelligence: Providing feedback on local trends, competitor insights, and industry movements to shape company’s market
- Strategic Initiatives: Collaborating across departments to enhance sales processes, and execute multiple projects, and other ad-hoc
- Proven track record of working in sales/growth teams to exceed targets with approximately 3+ years of experience in FMCG or Financial Services focused on new customer
- Previous experience at a startup or early-stage
- Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a self-driven attitude toward challenges.
