Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Operator Partnership & Key Account Management
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with major telecom operators including MTN Group, Airtel Africa, Global Company and other regional operator groups.
- Lead commercial negotiations and partnership agreements to establish long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within operator organizations.
- Facilitate structured engagement platforms such as quarterly business reviews, strategic planning meetings, and partnership evaluation sessions.
2. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities by aligning operator business objectives with the company’s digital platform capabilities.
- Design and implement business models that support operator goals such as subscriber growth, digital service adoption, and ARPU improvement.
- Analyze market dynamics and operator strategies to identify opportunities for expansion within assigned African markets.
- Track revenue performance and partnership KPIs using structured reporting and performance dashboards.
3. Project Execution & Delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of operator partnership projects from contract finalization to implementation across African markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, financial targets, and quality standards.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement actions to enhance service delivery and partner satisfaction.
4. Performance Monitoring & Strategic Reporting
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards tracking key metrics such as revenue growth, subscriber engagement, and project milestones.
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership and global account management teams.
- Identify operational risks or performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications & Experience
Core Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecom partnerships, key account management, or digital services within the telecommunications ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience working with mobile network operators (MNOs) or managing enterprise telecom partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and negotiate strategic commercial agreements.
- Experience managing digital service deployments, telecom value-added services, or operator-led digital campaigns.

Language Requirements
- Fluent in English
