- Job Title: Commercial Key Account Associates (Woman or Man)

Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years' work experience in key account management, business development, or commercial sales.
Your Profile
- Strong sense of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in managing key accounts and commercial operations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, client performance, and market trends to support business decisions
- Proficiency in office automation tools and CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, SAP)
- Solid knowledge of account management, client relationship practices, contract management, and basic commercial principles
- Team player with reliability, integrity, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proactive, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills in addressing client issues and commercial challenges
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear reporting, client coordination, and stakeholder engagement
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Your challenges
- Translate commercial policies, client agreements, and internal processes into actionable account management procedures, ensuring effective implementation across the department.
- Monitor key account activities, analyze sales and performance data, and share insights with management and relevant teams.
- Conduct or coordinate performance reviews and client account audits to ensure efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company standards.
- Develop, formalize, and continuously improve account management procedures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company policies.
- Collect and maintain all required client documentation, contracts, reports, and account data to support reporting, audits, and decision-making.
- Manage account performance forecasts, client engagement metrics, and commercial targets in coordination with sales and operations teams.
- Ensure timely reporting of account activities, performance tracking, and monitoring of progress against targets.
- Develop a strong understanding of company operations and client businesses to assess commercial impacts across departments and the overall business strategy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial policies, industry regulations, compliance standards, and internal processes to ensure effective account management and adherence to company guidelines.
