ERP Manager at GSM Group Tanzania

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic ERP Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and management of our ERP systems. The role is key to driving digital transformation and ensuring efficient integration across all business functions within the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ERP strategies that align with the organization’s digital goals.
• Oversee daily ERP operations to ensure system reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with departments to enhance ERP functionalities and workflows.
• Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
• Lead change management processes and conduct staff training to improve ERP adoption.
• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for ERP system issues.
• Generate data-driven reports and insights to support management decision-making.
• Continuously improve ERP systems through updates, integrations, and process optimization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• SAP Business One Certification and a Diploma/Degree in Project Management.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing ERP systems in a medium to large organization.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry will be an added advantage.
• Proven record of ERP implementation, upgrade, and process improvement projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Deep understanding of ERP architecture and business process integration.
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
