Financial Services Officer Insurance & Investment at Yas Tanzania

Financial Services Officer Insurance & Investment Minimum Qualifications: Advanced Diploma in Insurance. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end management of Mixx by Yas Insurance products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Strengthen relationships with insurance business partners by offering expert guidance and support.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve insurance business targets and expand market penetration.
• Design and execute educational and marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL) to drive awareness and usage of insurance products.
• Monitor partner performance to ensure operational and commercial goals are met.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve investment business targets.
• Provide financial products and services for various investment types, including Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Property, Money Market Funds, and Retirement Plans.
• Responsible for the scoping, design, implementation, and commercial initiatives for insurance products.
• Manage the penetration and usage of all partner products through marketing strategies (ATL & BTL), as well as educational campaigns & strategies.

Core Competencies:

• Experience in Mobile & Digital Payments is an added advantage.
