Your Next Career Opportunity – Investment Analyst, International
The Investment analyst plays a crucial role in our organization's financial decision-making process. The position is responsible for conducting in-depth due diligence on investment opportunities, performing comprehensive financial analysis and valuation, and preparing insightful reports using Power BI. The Analyst is also expected to proactively identify potential challenges or roadblocks and provide recommendations for improvements.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Build and refine complex financial models to evaluate capital investments and strategic opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive business cases that incorporate commercial forecasts, legal considerations, permitting milestones, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate across departments—including legal, commercial, operations, and finance—to gather key inputs and align on project assumptions.
- Translate technical and contractual information into clear business terms to assess economic viability.
- Identify and suggest improvements or refinements in assumptions, deal structures, or valuation components to enhance business case clarity and impact.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, structured, and compelling manner to leadership and investment committees.
- Monitor key market dynamics and regulatory factors that may influence project feasibility or financial outcomes.
- Ensure all valuation materials and documentation are prepared consistently and accurately in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Navigate a cross-functional environment with confidence, liaising with various stakeholders to drive alignment and timely execution.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
- Previous experience working in wireless telecom construction, or similar experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience building financial models from scratch, with a strong grasp of valuation methodologies (DCF, NPV, IRR, scenario analysis).
- Ability to think beyond the numbers—understanding commercial context, legal frameworks, and operational realities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex inputs into actionable insights.
- Comfortable working across functions and navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
