MACHINE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Responsibilities
 To Market & sale all products in the product line of the department
 To ensure that the documentation process is consistently maintained for every
transaction made
 To ensure that all transactions are carried out in accordance to company policy
 To Collect & communicate marketing information in time
 To advise management on business trends and market opportunities concerning
company products and to assess the situation of our competitors
 To conduct customer visits and identify potential business areas in order to create
business opportunities and sales
 To make sure customer got feedback on any quote request & other related services
 To follow up on any deal until is closed and after sales services
 To ensure that products sold are delivered to the customer in their best condition and
with all relevant documents
 To maintain sales records including customer details, orders, invoices, credits, debts
 To ensure active participating in the training opportunities given by management
 To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management

Requirements
 Degree in engineering related field or other related field
 Minimum of two (2+) years’ experience in similar role
 Excellent Communication skills
 Good negotiation skills
 Good time keeping
