People & Culture Functional Support
What This Position Is About – Purpose
In close collaboration with the respective business partners, responsible for facilitating the implementation of People and Culture initiatives in Tabora, including and not limited to supporting Operations & Administration, Wellness initiatives, fleet initiatives and people and Culture projects on site.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Support with facilitating all people and Culture activities on site including and not limited to recruitment of seasonal staff for the respective seasons. Contracting and managing the exit process for the seasonals on site.
- Management of all administration services for JTILS Tabora.
- Management of outsourced services contractors (cleaners, gardeners and drivers) at JTILS Tabora site.
- Coordinate and support all employees’ wellness activities in Tabora, including coordinating and ensuring wellness week planning and implementation is done.
- In close collaboration with TCC HQ teams, support site in Fleet and Facility activities management.
- Ensure timely creation of Purchase Requests for all JTI Leaf services departments.
- Support all P&C projects on site such as Family Day, International Women’s Day, International Men’s Day, DE&I Day, Learning and Wellness Week, World AIDS Day etc.
Who We Ae Looking For – Requirements
- BSc degree in Business administration, HR, Public Administration, or related field
- Language proficiency in English (Speak, Read, Write), Swahili (Speak, Read, Write)
- Excellent communication, customer services, interpersonal skills, and ability to run P&C projects.
- 4 years’ experience in administration services
