Solutions Architect at Yas Tanzania

A University degree in technology or engineering or a related area is required, and an MBA is desired. Candidates should have 3+ years' experience in the telecom industry in B2B solutions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare key solutions for Yas Business customers.
• Manage the coordination of a central team of service managers/presales engineers who support the sales channels on sales calls, preparing key solutions and assuring the services provided as per the sales agreements in place.
• Be responsible for helping the sales team understand problems/situations/plans and assisting in designing solutions that will help Enterprise customers concentrate on their core business while Yas Business focuses on connectivity solutions.
• Build and manage the bid plan, ensuring that all activities (i.e., customer, deliverables/requirements) are completed and submitted on time.
• Manage risk – ensuring all risks are understood, mitigated, or accepted by the appropriate stakeholders.
• Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues.
