SUPERVISOR POSITION 2
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervising staff in operation
- Organizing training and educational manuals ( internally)
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
- Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
- Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
- Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have worked in managerial position 2yrs and above.
- have experience in supervising more that 50 and above.
- good leadership skills and team leader
- problem solver
- diploma/degree in Human Resource or administrations
- good communication skills
- can speak well (English )
- computer knowledge , familiar with Microsoft office , more in ( word,excel , powerpoint) and outlook..
