Job Description

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for menu creation, kitchen operations, team leadership, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety at our 15-room luxury boutique hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and update seasonal, innovative menus
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff management
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
  • Manage inventory, costs, and supplier relationships
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef, ideally in a luxury or boutique hotel setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering memorable guest experiences
