Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Management Consultant role based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Management Consultant will work closely with clients to diagnose organizational challenges, analyze business processes, design solutions, and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and performance. Responsibilities include conducting financial and business analysis, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing actionable recommendations. The role involves collaborating with teams and stakeholders to implement solutions that drive measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Management Consulting and Consulting methodologies
• Proficiency in financial analysis and a solid understanding of finance principles
• Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to assess and interpret relevant data effectively
• Experience in business process evaluation and improvement strategies
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related fields
• Experience in a professional services firm or consulting environment is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
