Job Purpose
- To conceptualize, design, and produce compelling visual and multimedia content that tells Equity Bank's brand story, promotes its products and services, and drives engagement across digital and offline platforms.
- The role combines creativity, design, photography, and videography to deliver strong brand visibility, customer connection, and campaign performance in a fast-paced digital environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Creative Design & Production
- Develop visually captivating graphics, animations, motion visuals, and layouts for digital, print, and branch use.
- Translate campaign briefs into high-quality creative executions that align with Equity Bank's brand identity and tone.
- Lead photography and videography assignments from concept to postproduction covering campaigns, corporate events, and storytelling projects.
- Design and edit marketing materials such as banners, posters, infographics, and digital ads to support both online and offline campaigns.
Content Creation & Copy Support
- Create engaging and market relevant content for social media, websites, email, and internal communication platforms.
- Draft or adapt marketing copy in line with product positioning and campaign messaging.
- Ensure all content is optimized for digital engagement, platform specifications, and mobile-first experiences.
- Curate and manage a library of brand assets, including photos, videos, and templates for shared use across marketing teams.
Performance & Brand Consistency
- Work closely with the digital performance and brand teams to ensure creative assets drive high engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain strict adherence to Equity Bank’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual presence across all digital and physical brand touchpoints.
- Evident improvement in content performance and audience engagement metrics.
- Well documented creative workflow and efficient collaboration with marketing teams.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film Production, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 to 4 years' proven experience in creative design, content production, or visual storytelling within the media, film, entertainment, or advertising industry.
- Proficiency in creative tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong photography and videography skills, including shooting, editing, and postproduction are core requirements.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, social media algorithms, and audience behavior.
- Knowledge of market trends, digital campaign formats, and the ability to adapt to evolving creative directions.
- Proven ability to produce content that balances creativity, commercial impact, and brand consistency.
