Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Manager located in Arusha, Tanzania. The Content Manager will be responsible for creating and managing content across various platforms, developing and implementing content strategies, conducting thorough research, ensuring the quality and accuracy of content, and improving the visibility of the company through digital marketing efforts. The role also involves collaborating with different teams to meet content needs and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Web Content Writing, Article Writing, and Creative Writing
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies and performing detailed Research
• Proficiency in Proofreading and Editing to ensure high-quality content
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO best practices
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience in the tourism or adventure travel industry is an advantage
