Strategic Copy Creation

The Senior Copywriter is responsible for complex strategic projects, producing compelling and engaging customer-facing marketing copy for their internal stakeholders’ according to the latest SEO trends and technology. This includes multi-channel marketing campaigns, product launches or crucial corporate events. The role requires the ability to write in various formats, such as long-form articles, whitepapers, case studies and social media content.

Reviewing & Feedback

The Senior Copywriter is responsible for quality assurance process before the copy is sent to clients. This includes reviewing and checking brand alignment, tone of voice is adhered to and reinforcing this throughout team and wider business. The role will also provide effective feedback on each piece of copy to the creator. They ensure that content is reviewed and approved by the relevant departments. They perform live testing after any roll-out of links and final review of content. They check that the content is uploaded correctly, and any irregularities are reported.

Stakeholder Management

The Senior Copywriter engages with various stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external partners, to ensure that content initiatives align with broader business objectives. They collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights, understand project requirements, and align content strategies with brand goals. This role involves managing expectations, facilitating feedback loops, and maintaining clear communication to ensure that all content meets the needs of the stakeholders and supports overall marketing and business strategies.
