Position: Curriculum Developer/Curriculum Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technology developers to design and develop engaging and effective curriculum content for online learning platforms.
• Create comprehensive curriculum plans, course outlines, and learning objectives that align with educational standards and learning outcomes.
• Develop instructional materials, including presentations, videos, interactive exercises, assessments, and other multimedia resources.
• Design learning activities and assessments that promote active learning, critical thinking, and knowledge retention.
• Ensure that curriculum content is accessible, inclusive, and culturally responsive to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and evaluations to assess the effectiveness and impact of curriculum content and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in online education and instructional design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in an online learning environment.
• Strong understanding of learning theory, instructional design principles, and educational technology tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging instructional materials.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for creating interactive and engaging learning experiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools is a plus.
