Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Arusha, Tanzania. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and edit video content that showcases AtoZ Group’s operations, products, and impact across its various business units. Responsibilities include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting, capturing high-quality footage, and collaborating with marketing and communications teams to develop visual stories for internal and external audiences. The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging. The Videographer will work closely with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, training materials, and documentation of projects and events.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in video production, including planning, shooting, and post-production editing.
- Proficiency in camera operation and handling different types of camera equipment.
- Experience with lighting setup and techniques for indoor and outdoor video shoots.
- Ability to shoot video in diverse environments, ensuring clear visuals and sound quality.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Good visual storytelling, composition, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work on-site in Arusha.
- Prior experience in corporate, documentary, or industrial videography is an advantage.
- Relevant education or vocational training in film, media production, or a related field is preferred.
