Job Description
The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, or inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments to improve products and services.
- Develop and maintain customer profiles and records in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products and services to existing clients.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in customer service or relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
