Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Treetops is a leading provider of online learning solutions for various industries and sectors. We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients and learners.
As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their queries and complaints, providing information about our products and services, and processing their orders and requests. You will also work closely with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. You also need to be open-minded, willing to learn, and adaptable to changing situations and needs. You will be working remotely, so you need to have a reliable internet connection, a suitable device, and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information about our products and services
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department or person
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Process customer orders, payments, refunds, and cancellations
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Stay updated on our products, services, policies, and promotions
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in using computers, internet, and online tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with difficult customers
- Open-mindedness and willingness to learn new skills and knowledge
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
