Job Description
Customer Service - Kigamboni
We are looking for a Female Customer Service
Tasks :
- provide product/services information,
- answer phone calls questions and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency as well as replying emails.
- Finally keeping the office clean at all times.
Required profile for job ad : Customer Service - Kigamboni
- This Position is reserved for Female Applicants
- Must have a Minimum of Form Four (Maximum of Certificate or Diploma)
- Must Have Good English Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
- Must have Computer Knowledge with typing skills (Excel and Word)
- Should be within 20 - 25 years of age (Birth certificate may be required)
- Must be ready to work late hours and Saturdays
- Should be a resident of Dar es Salaam, Kigamboni preferably
