Job Title: Front Desk Guest Relations

Location: Zo Spaces, Dar es Salaam

About the Role:

Zo Spaces is looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Front Desk Guest Relations administrator to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. As the face of our workspace, you will create a welcoming environment, support seamless operations, and ensure our space is always guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations

• Greet all visitors and members with professionalism and warmth.
• Direct guests appropriately and ensure they feel welcomed and informed.

Meeting Room Coordination

• Assist in booking and preparing meeting rooms for clients and internal teams.
• Ensure all AV equipment, supplies, and amenities are in place before meetings.

Administrative Support

• Monitor and maintain office and pantry inventory (stationery, supplies, refreshments).
• Support light administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and handling incoming calls.
• Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for basic maintenance or restocking needs.

Workspace Readiness

• Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure common areas, lounges, and meeting rooms are tidy, presentable, and aligned with Zo Spaces standards.
• Report any issues that impact the comfort or experience of guests.

Ideal Candidate:

• Friendly, service-oriented, and well-spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using booking systems and email tools.
• Prior experience in hospitality, coworking, or front-desk roles is an advantage.
