Role Description

JAZ Hotel Group is seeking a full-time Reservations Supervisor for an on-site role in Michamvi Kae. This role involves overseeing daily reservations operations, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring accurate bookings to maintain high occupancy and customer satisfaction. The Reservations Supervisor will handle escalated customer service issues, and to enhance team efficiency and guest experience. The role also requires collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Reservations management, including handling bookings and optimizing occupancy levels.
• Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with guests, team members, and other departments.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive guest experiences and foster repeat business.
• Strong leadership
• Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems and software is an advantage.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A bachelor’s degree/Diploma in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required
