Retail Sales officer- Construction Material

Job Overview:

ADOP International Limited, a company dealing in Cement and building Material Product in Tanzania is looking for the dynamic personality officer as Retail Sales Officer.  This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Salespersonnel. As a Retail Salesperson, your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting customers, providing product information, conducting sales transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

 Job Description:

• Previous B2B or B2C sales experience: 5- 10yrs. Preferable from Cement Company & Trader.
• Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and promote our product offerings
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• You must be financially motivated, energetic and reliable with a hunger to succeed.
• Tenacity for high standard of guest service wanting to meet and serve guests a complete understanding of guests needs in line with the brand offering and product delivery.
• Prior retail sales in construction experience is MUST.
• Knowledge of Construction products specially Cement are a plus.

Location: Dodoma & Up country
Qualification:

• Bachelor s degree in any field, Civil and Marketing is preferred
• Should have neat & Clean Charactor and career.
