Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attending to the phone providing quality and timely customer service (taking orders, attending to queries, scheduling call backs etc.)
- Ensuring all orders and customer information are accurately logged into the POS.
- Proficiently coordinating and ensuring well-timed deliveries of orders
- Generating client leads as well as making efforts towards increasing the number of customers
- Working aggressively to increase sales
- Assisting with office admin duties as assigned
- Attend any other office duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
